Our returns policy is strictly 14 days from the date of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To begin your returns process please email stating your order number. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, including any garment tags still being attached.

We do not accept returns on underwear, swimwear, socks or tights.
We advise you track your return or send it signed for as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post on their way back to us.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will only notify you if the return is rejected.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Unless the item is deemed faulty, original shipping fees will be deducted from your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t yet received a refund after 5-10 working days have passed, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Please return the item within 14 days, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange.

If you wish to exchange please contact us as soon as possible at Please quote your order number, the item you require to exchange and the item you wish to exchange for. 

The original item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unworn and unused with all tags intact to be eligible for an exchange.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
