Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days unless otherwise notified (but are normally dispatched same day) All orders are sent by Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked. Once the order is placed you accept our terms that your order will be sent via Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked. Please see the Royal Mail website for further information on Royal Mail 24Hr Tracked.

RETURNS
Our returns policy is strictly 14 days from the date of delivery of your order, meaning your item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date, there are strictly no exemptions to this. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for exchanging/returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you obtain a tracking number for your return. Parcels which are lost in the post on their return to us will not be eligible for a refund/exchange/credit.
To begin your returns process please email info@littledarlingscloset.co.uk stating your order number and your reason for return so that we are aware it is on its way to us and can update our system that item/s are being returned. After you have emailed, please then immediately return your item/s to the address below there is no need to await a response to your email. We no longer include return slips for environmental reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, including any garment tags / packaging still being attached.

If a returned item is received later that 14 days but before 28 days a voucher code to the value of the item will be issued.

SALE ITEMS & OUTLET ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY 

We do not accept any returns on underwear, swimwear, socks or tights.

We do kindly advise you track your return or send it signed for as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post on their way back to us.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will only notify you if the return is rejected. This process can take 5-10 days from the date we receive the item back.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

Unless the item is deemed faulty, original shipping fees will be deducted from your return. If your item is a sale/outlet item it is eligible for exchange only and will not be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t yet received a refund after 5-10 working days have passed, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Please return the item within 28 days, If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange.

If you wish to exchange please contact us as soon as possible at info@littledarlingscloset.co.uk. Please quote your order number and the item you require to exchange. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Postage must be paid by the customer for the exchange to be sent out.

Once we have received your return we will issue you with a voucher code to the value of the item enabling you choose the item you wish to exchange for via our website. This voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Items purchased using an exchange code are only valid for a replacement exchange voucher if they need to be returned.

The original item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unworn and unused with all tags intact to be eligible for an exchange.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Sale Items/Outlet Items

Sale items and Outlet items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged. Postage must be paid by the customer for the exchange to be sent out. Exchange vouchers issued are valid for six months.
