Returns 
Our returns policy is 14 days from the date of delivery, there are no strictly no exemptions to this. Customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for exchanging/returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend you obtain a tracking number for your return. Parcels which are lost in the post will not be eligible for a refund/exchange/credit. 

To begin your returns process please email info@littledarlingscloset.co.uk stating your order number and your reason for return. We no longer include return slips for environmental reasons.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it, including any garment tags / packaging still being attached.
If a returned item is received later that 14 days but before 28 days a voucher code to the value of the item will be issued.

SALE ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE ONLY 

We do not accept returns on sale items, underwear, swimwear, socks or tights.
We do kindly advise you track your return or send it signed for as we cannot be held responsible for items that get lost in the post on their way back to us.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will only notify you if the return is rejected. This process can take 5-10 days from the date we receive the item back.

If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.
Unless the item is deemed faulty, original shipping fees will be deducted from your return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t yet received a refund after 5-10 working days have passed, please contact your bank or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 

Please return the item within 28 days, If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you an exchange.

If you wish to exchange please contact us as soon as possible at info@littledarlingscloset.co.uk. Please quote your order number, the item you require to exchange and the item you wish to exchange for. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging/returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and Postage must be paid by the customer for the exchange to be sent out.

Once we have received your return we will issue you with a credit note  (voucher code) to the value of the item enabling you choose the item you wish to exchange for via our website. 

The original item must be returned to us in the original packaging, unworn and unused with all tags intact to be eligible for an exchange.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be eligible for exchange.

Sale items

Sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged. Postage must be paid by the customer for the exchange to be sent out.
